• Every Saturday morning from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM:
  • Dryland conditioning: 6:30 AM to 6:50 AM
  • On-ice training: 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM 
  • Dryland warm down: 8:05 AM to 8:30 AM

Please be prepared to help move pads on and off the ice. All parents are required to assist. The quicker we set up and tear down, the more time we have to skate! We recommend arriving at the rink 30 minutes early to set up.

Competitions & Camps

• We will host the USS Sanctioned Western States Regional Camp and Championships from June 26 to 28, 2025.
